yep, they found him unconscious after a cardiac arrest at his home. he died either en route or at the hospital.

Pop legend Michael Jackson is reported to have died of a heart attack after he was rushed to hospital in Los Angeles. Jackson suffered a cardiac arrest earlier today, according to CNN and entertainment news website TMZ.com. TMZ is now reporting he has died. "We've just learned Michael Jackson has died," TMZ said. "Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon and paramedics were unable to revive him. "We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back," the entertainment website said. There has been no official confirmation of the reported death and spokespersons for Jackson could not be reached for comment. Earlier, The LA Times reported paramedics went to the singer's home and found him not breathing. The newspaper said paramedics performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation at the scene before taking him to the UCLA Medical Centre hospital. |

What really makes me sick is that there will be nothing but this on the "news" for the next week. Yes, it's sad and yes, I suppose it's even
news, but why must it dominate every fucking cable news channel? Do I really need live coverage of the crowd gathered outside the hospital?

I had a whole lot more respect for Farrah. Each death will matter to whoever more. Hell, Ed McMahon died a couple of days ago. Anybody remember that?

Farrah didn't get lost in anything. They have been preparing everyone for her death for at least 2 months. If anyone saw that documentary you knew it was
just a matter of days or weeks. She has had numerous hours of publicity prior to this. If I were her family I'd be glad something else had the media's
attention.
